Lee Crockford (He/Him) is a freelance social impact advisor and non-executive director working to solve complex global challenges through co-design, impact measurement, and behaviour change.

His work spans mental health, education, arts, environment, technology, and justice across private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Lee is currently Director of Pride by Side, Director of The B Well Coalition, and non-executive Director of the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation.

He has been a Global Laureate Fellow, Impact Academy Fellow, G20 Youth Representative, Victorian LGBTIQ+ Leader, AMP Tomorrowmaker, and D&F Academy Fellow.

His work is awarded by Good Design, UNLEASH, Impact 25, Australian Scholarships, Pro Bono Australia, and Advance Queensland.

Pride by Side

Director

Many LGBTIQ+ initiatives simply do not have adequate resources or capacity to meet their goals. This is a challenge that impacts the safety, justice, and equality of people and communities.

Pride by Side (formerly 123+) matches LGBTIQ+ initiatives with allied organisations to help them build capacity in: impact and evaluation, business and financials, user and ecosystem, technology and logistics, branding and communications, and people and culture.

Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation

Non-executive Director

The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation supports people affected by gambling harm, including family and friends.

The Foundation takes a public health approach— a focus on prevention, early intervention, and support for those who are particularly vulnerable to gambling harm as well as those living in regional and rural communities.

The B Well Coalition

Project Director

The B Well Coalition supports the leadership of organisations in creating mental healthy workplaces.

The Coalition is a network of CEOs and delegates across Asia-Pacific fostering better mental wellbeing within their organisations. The Coalition provides a community of leadership, data, and resources to support their efforts.
